Pricing
How much does a virtual visit cost?+
Self-pay visits are a flat $35 — no surprise fees. With most major insurance plans, your out-of-pocket cost may be even less.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. The visit fee covers your consultation with a licensed provider. Lab orders or prescriptions sent to your pharmacy are billed separately by those providers.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Most patients pay at the time of booking. For ongoing chronic care, ask our team about flexible plans.
Insurance
Which insurance plans do you accept?+
We currently accept UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, BCBS, Aetna, Medicaid, with more carriers added regularly. Please confirm coverage with your carrier before your visit.
What if my insurance isn't listed?+
No problem — you can still book at our self-pay rate of $35. We'll provide a receipt you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
Do I need a referral?+
No referral is required to book a visit with a ROX provider.

Who can see my health information?+
Only you and the licensed providers involved in your care. Information is stored in our secure patient portal with strict access controls.

Yes. The portal uses encrypted data transmission and robust security measures so you can safely view labs, medications, and message your provider.
What to Expect
How do I join my virtual visit?+
Join from any computer, tablet, or smartphone (iPhone or Android) — no app required. You'll receive a secure link before your appointment.
How long does a visit take?+
Most visits take 10 minutes or less, depending on the reason for the visit.
What happens during the visit?+
Your provider will review your intake forms, ask about your symptoms, examine you over video, and create a personalized care plan — including prescriptions, labs, or referrals if needed.
Can I get a prescription?+
Yes, when clinically appropriate. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy or our partner Olympia Pharmaceuticals.
What if I need to be seen in person?+
If your provider determines an in-person evaluation is needed, you can visit our clinic at 23927 FM 529, Suite 400, Katy, TX 77493.
